Service and Usage Agreement

1.Service Guarantee

Web hosting payments made to TiklaWeb Bilişim Hizmetleri (tiklaweb.com/net) are refundable.
This period is one week after ordering.
Our return policy is the same for all our products except License, Software, Domain SSL and Services. After the usage calculation, the remaining amount is processed into the refund process.
Refunds are made within 1 business day within the framework of the 1 Week Money Back Guarantee.

TiklaWeb Bilişim Hizmetleri (tiklaweb.com/net) is responsible for keeping the service received from the order date of the hosted server and other services until the end of the ordered period. If the following rules are violated, this liability will be eliminated and the service in question will be closed.

 

2.Payment

In order for all services to be provided by TiklaWeb Bilişim Hizmetleri (tiklaweb.com/net) to be activated, service fees must be paid in advance. In addition, if the payment dates of our existing customers fall on weekends or holidays, service payments must be paid on the business days before or after the weekends or holidays.

TiklaWeb Bilişim Hizmetleri (tiklaweb.com/net) customer tracking system is completely automatic and automatically stops services that have passed 1 hour after the payment date and are still unpaid. If payment is not made within 3 days following the suspension of the service, all user information will be placed on cold hold and then web current transactions will be suspended through our database. 3.Domain Names

4.System Usage

Customers who receive web hosting and reseller hosting services from TiklaWeb Bilişim Hizmetleri (tiklaweb.com/net) servers agree to share the same server with other customers. If any customer's website uses the server resources in a way that affects the operating speed of other customers' sites, TiklaWeb Bilişim Hizmetleri (tiklaweb.com) /net ) reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the publication of this website.

In such a case, TiklaWeb Bilişim Hizmetleri (tiklaweb.com/net) may request the customer to move the website to another server. In such cases, TiklaWeb Bilişim Hizmetleri (tiklaweb.com/net) has the right to decide whether or not to refund the money. The customer is deemed to have accepted any decision in advance.

 

5.Backup

6.Illegal Use

The services of TiklaWeb Bilişim Hizmetleri (tiklaweb.com/net) cannot be used for any illegal purpose or support such activities. TiklaWeb Information Services (tiklaweb.com/net) has the authority to investigate illegal situations that constitute a crime or suspected misuse and to close them as a result of detection.

 

7.Threat - Danger

9. Cheating

Products, parts or services, financial initiatives purchased and sold fraudulently using TiklaWeb Information Services (tiklaweb.com/net) services are called "fraud" and necessary "legal procedures" are applied.

 

10. Email and Spam News

Email or news that is used for malicious purposes and prevents others from using your e-mail address will cause your account to be closed. 11.Access

16.Proprietary (Licensed) Software

18.Server Usage

The customer is entirely responsible for the content of all servers provided by TiklaWeb Bilişim Hizmetleri (tiklaweb.com/net). It is strictly prohibited to keep IRCD servers and warez files on the servers provided by TiklaWeb Bilişim Hizmetleri (tiklaweb.com/net). In case such systems or files are detected, TiklaWeb Bilişim Hizmetleri (tiklaweb.com/net) reserves the right to shut down the server without warning. Spamming is strictly prohibited on our servers. We reserve the right to shut down the servers of our customers who behave inappropriately, immorally, disrespectfully and abnormally towards TiklaWeb Bilişim Hizmetleri (tiklaweb.com/net) officials.

 

19.Server Management

TiklaWeb Bilişim Hizmetleri (tiklaweb.com/net) is responsible for the hardware and network support of all the servers it provides, and the management of the server and the web hosting type software installed on the server is the responsibility of the customer. All TiklaWeb Bilişim Hizmetleri (tiklaweb.com/net) customers are deemed to have accepted this usage agreement. In case of violation of the rules, TiklaWeb Bilişim Hizmetleri (tiklaweb.com/net) reserves the right to close accounts and servers.
